Decking Delivery Free Returns

At Decking Delivery, you can count on us to handle damaged items with care. If you receive a damaged product, simply email us at sales@deckingdelivery.com, and we'll send a replacement or provide a full refund. Please refrain from cutting defective items, as we cannot accept them as returns. Additionally, we offer free order cancellations within 12 hours, after which a 10% fee may apply. If you need to return an order after delivery, there will be a 10% charge plus our standard delivery fee. We are committed to providing transparent and fair policies for our customers.

Decking Delivery offers free delivery on orders exceeding specific amounts based on the delivery zone: £350 for Zone 1, £450 for Zone 2, and £550 for Zone 3.
