Free shipping is exclusively available for eScooter and eBike orders at Envirorides. Orders within UK Mainland & NI made before 10:00am are dispatched on the same day, while those placed after 10:00am are dispatched the following working day. All orders come with next working day delivery, although this does not ensure next day delivery.

Envirorides Offers 30-Day Returns

Envirorides provides a complimentary 30-day return policy for all eScooters and eBikes, with a maximum travel distance of 5 km (all odometers are logged post pre-dispatch testing). Unwanted returns incur a fixed return fee, the details of which can be found on the Returns Information page.
