Season ticket bookers are entitled to one free exchange for another performance within the same run, provided that a 24-hour notice is given. It is important to note that these exchanges cannot be transferred to another production. However, any additional transfers or returns that require resale are subject to a £2 per ticket exchange fee. On the other hand, members can exchange unlimited tickets within the same run with a 24-hour notice.
