Customer Rights and Responsibilities

Customers have the right to change their mind within 14 days of receiving the products. If a delivery attempt fails and the items are returned, the full cost of delivery and return costs will be charged. Customers must inspect the products on delivery and inform Utility Design of any defects within 24 hours.

Utility Design ships to the UK and the EU. UK customers do not pay additional charges associated with customs imports/VAT, while EU customers are responsible for their own VAT and customs duty. The lead time for shipping varies based on the product, and in-stock items are typically dispatched within 24 hours. For oversized, fragile, or bulky items, the delivery partner will arrange a delivery date directly with the customer.
